178JILI Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

Duplicate accounts discovered at any time will be merged, suspended, or closed, and any balances or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

You are responsible for keeping your 178JILI login credentials — username and password — confidential. 178JILI will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 178JILI support immediately and change your password.

178JILI is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register, deposit, or play at 178JILI. By creating an account, you explicitly confirm that you are 18 years old or older.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 178JILI is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with 178JILI's anti-money laundering obligations. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (such as certain card types), 178JILI will request an alternative Philippine bank account or e-wallet in your verified name.

178JILI aims to process all withdrawal requests within two (2) hours of approval. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within this timeframe. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal triggers an automatic risk review under 178JILI's compliance procedures.
• Active wagering requirements on bonus funds have not yet been met.
• The withdrawal request is submitted during a scheduled maintenance window.

The 178JILI welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to ₱50,000 for first-time depositors. To claim the welcome bonus, you must opt in at the time of your first deposit. The bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. The following general bonus rules apply to all 178JILI promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing one is not permitted.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

• 178JILI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion when changes are made will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of claiming.

All bets placed at 178JILI are final once confirmed. If a bet is accepted by the system and a confirmation is shown to the player, the bet stands regardless of any subsequent player error in selection or stake amount. It is your responsibility to verify your bet selections and stake amounts before confirming.

For sports betting, 178JILI follows standard industry rules for bet settlement. In cases where an event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before the qualifying period is completed, bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to the player's balance. Wins generated from malfunctions are not valid and will not be paid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 178JILI. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

178JILI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable laws and regulations.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, 178JILI will contact you within five (5) business days to explain the situation and outline the steps required to resolve it. If the investigation concludes that no violation has occurred, your account will be reinstated and any suspended winnings will be credited.

If you wish to close your 178JILI account voluntarily, contact customer support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions are met.
